Conduct engaging STEM sessions for students from Grades 1 to 10.
Teach subjects such as Block Coding, Python, Robotics, 3D Printing, Electronics, Drones, AI, and other emerging technologies.
Manage the overall STEM program within the assigned school.
Coordinate with school management and staff to ensure smooth execution of activities and organizational goals.
Guide, mentor, and support students through project-based learning.
Organize workshops, exhibitions, competitions, and STEM-related events.
Create and maintain technical and official documentation as required.
Conduct virtual sessions whenever required. Train and support junior team members.
Assist senior team members in the execution of projects and school programs.
Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a productive learning environment.

Requirements

Training & Deployment
Selected candidates will initially undergo training in Bangalore. Upon successful completion of the training program, the candidate will be deputed to Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
Prior experience teaching Coding, Robotics, Electronics, or STEM-related subjects is mandatory.
Strong understanding of STEM technologies and hands-on learning methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage students through interactive and activity-based learning.
Strong leadership and school coordination skills.
Willingness to relocate and work from the assigned location.
