Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Robotics Trainer based in Bareilly. The Robotics Trainer will oversee hands-on STEM-based training sessions, guide students in designing and executing robotics projects, and maintain robotics systems. Daily responsibilities include teaching robotics fundamentals, troubleshooting robotic systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and supporting students in competitions and exhibitions. The trainer will work closely with school staff to align activities with the educational curriculum and ensure excellence in practical learning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Robotics systems and applications
• Experience in Robotic Welding and Robot operations
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of robotics equipment
• Dynamic teaching and communication abilities, especially in STEM education
• Ability to guide students through hands-on projects and competitions
• Familiarity with AI, IoT, and Drone operations is a plus
• Engineering degree or technical certification in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to inspire and mentor students
