Job OverviewAt Bharat Smart STEM, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Robotics/STEM Engineer who will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students in the fields of Robotics, AI, Coding, and STEM education. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with the ability to simplify concepts for young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging and hands-on sessions in Robotics, AI, and STEM subjects
- Mentor students (age group 6–16) and guide them in projects and innovation
- Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, and activity-based learning modules
- Support students in building real-world projects using robotics kits and tools
- Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking among students
- Assist in organizing workshops, competitions, and summer camps
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Robotics, AI, and STEM education
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of Arduino, sensors, electronics, and programming
- Familiarity with coding platforms (Scratch, PictoBlox, Python, etc.)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and working with children
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students
- Experience in handling robotics kits and STEM tools
- Participation in robotics competitions or projects
