About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Robotics Instructor who can inspire students and make learning hands-on, fun, and future-ready. If you love working with technology, enjoy teaching, and want to shape young innovators, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical, project-based robotics training to students (Kids / Teens / Beginners / School-level learners)
- Teach core concepts including:
- Robotics fundamentals
- Sensors, actuators & motors
- Microcontrollers (Arduino / Micro:bit / ESP32 – preferred)
- Basic electronics & circuit design
- Guide students in building real-world robotics projects
- Simplify complex concepts using examples, demos, and activities
- Support students during labs, workshops, competitions, and demos
- Assist in curriculum improvement and activity planning
- Maintain a positive, engaging classroom environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Robotics & Basic Electronics
- Hands-on experience with Arduino / Robotics kits / Sensors
- Ability to teach beginners and school-level students
- Good communication skills (English / Hindi preferred)
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Basic knowledge of programming (Scratch / Python / C/C++) is a plus
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience teaching kids or school students
- Exposure to STEM / AI / Coding programs
- Participation in robotics competitions or workshops
- Curriculum design or content creation experience
