Robotics - Embedded Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities
•
PID Tuning & Control Systems: Experience with PID tuning, control-loop optimization, and system performance tuning.
•
Hardware Setup & Integration: Hands-on experience with hardware setup, system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
•
Power Management: Knowledge of power distribution, power budgeting, battery/power-system integration, and power management.
•
Hardware Mounting & Integration: Experience in designing and implementing reliable mounting solutions for electronic and electrical components.
•
Electronic & Electrical Component Selection: Ability to select appropriate sensors, actuators, motors, controllers, connectors, power supplies, and other electrical/electronic components based on system requirements.
•
CAD Design: Proficiency in 3D CAD design, particularly for hardware enclosures, brackets, mounts, fixtures, and components suitable for 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
•
Software Development: Minimum 2 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in embedded systems, robotics, automation, or hardware-interfacing applications.
•
Troubleshooting & Debugging: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, electrical, software, and system-integration issues.
•
Prototyping: Experience with rapid prototyping, hardware modifications, testing, and iterative product development.
Core Technical Skills
•
Experience working on robotics, automation, embedded systems, industrial equipment, or electromechanical products.
•
Ability to work across hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical domains.
•
Strong hands-on approach with the ability to take a system from concept prototype integration testing.
•
Good understanding of engineering documentation, component datasheets, wiring, schematics, and system-level design.
Required Qualifications
•
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechtronics or related field
•
5–10 years of experience in Hardware Setup & Integration, Robot Kinamatics & PID Tunning, Power Management Systems for robotics and embedded systems.
•
Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering.
