Profile Summary

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Robotics Educator to deliver engaging STEM and robotics learning experiences to school students. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of robotics, electronics, sensors, and basic programming, along with the ability to simplify technical concepts and make learning interactive and age-appropriate. The candidate will be responsible for conducting practical robotics sessions , mentoring students on projects, troubleshooting technical challenger and fostering problem solving , creativity, logical thinking and team work through STEM based learning.

Experience

Minimum 6 Months- 1 year of relevant experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, STEM Education, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of robotics, electronics, sensors, automation, and basic programming.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Robotics, or similar robotics platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.
• Strong interest in STEM education and working with school students.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, conducting robotics workshops, or STEM education programs is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with students across different age groups and learning levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Robotics and STEM sessions for students across different grade levels.
• Plan and deliver hands-on activities involving robotics, electronics, coding, sensors, automation, and technology.
• Guide students through the designing, building, programming, testing, and troubleshooting of robotic models and prototypes.
• Encourage students to develop problem-solving, logical thinking, creativity, innovation, and teamwork skills.
• Prepare and maintain lesson plans, activity plans, presentations, worksheets, assessments, and other session resources.
• Manage and maintain robotics kits, equipment, components, tools, and classroom materials responsibly.
• Mentor and support students in robotics projects, competitions, exhibitions, and school-level events.
• Monitor student participation and learning outcomes and maintain session records, assessments, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with school teachers, coordinators, and the internal education team for effective program delivery.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, disciplined, and engaging learning environment during all sessions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to robotics kits, electronics, programming, and classroom equipment.
• Adapt teaching methodologies and activities according to students age groups, learning levels, and curriculum requirements.
