The role Teach robotics & STEM to school and college students through structured classes — and prepare select teams for competitions like IIT TechFest, RoboCup, RCJ, and MATE ROV.

What you'll do

  • Run regular robotics classes ( group or one on one) for school & college students
  • Build and prototype hands-on with students
  • Identify and coach competition teams end-to-end (design, build, debug, strategy)
  • Travel with teams to national & international events
  • Create session plans, project briefs, and learning material
  • Pitch in wherever the center needs you

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Robotics Coach and STEM Instructor based in Bengaluru. The role involves mentoring and guiding students in the fields of robotics, programming, and STEM. Responsibilities include conducting interactive training sessions, creating lesson plans, developing project-based learning activities, and promoting a deeper understanding of technology and its applications. The individual will also collaborate with students to foster their creativity and problem-solving skills through practical, hands-on learning experiences.

Salary Range - 3.6 L - 6L ( Fix + Variable)

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Robotics and STEM education.
  • Proficiency in Programming with an ability to teach foundational and advanced concepts.
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for effective student engagement and collaboration.
  • Proven ability in Training or mentoring students, with experience in education or coaching roles being an advantage.
  • Ability to design and deliver project-based and experiential learning activities.
  • Passion for education, technology, and fostering innovation in young learners.
  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related discipline is preferred.
