Design Development
- Design automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, Yaskawa.
- Develop control systems and robot programming (offline and online).
- Integrate sensors, actuators, conveyors, and other hardware with robotic systems.
- Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
Programming
- Program industrial robots for tasks like pick place, palletizing, or vision inspection.
- Configure and program PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi).
- Develop and test automation logic using ladder logic, function block, or structured text.
Installation Commissioning
- Assemble, install, and test robotic systems at client sites.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during and after deployment.
- Ensure safety compliance and correct operation of automation solutions.
Documentation Support
- Create project documentation: wiring diagrams, programming logic, user manuals.
- Provide technical support and maintenance services post-installation.
- Train client staff on operating robotic systems.
