Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Robotics and AI Trainer. The trainer will design and lead training sessions, workshops, and courses in robotics and artificial intelligence for students and educators. Core responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting hands-on training, mentoring learners on real-world projects, and ensuring the understanding and application of technical concepts. Additional duties include updating training content, staying informed about advancements in robotics and AI, and working collaboratively with the foundation's education and digital inclusion teams.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, programming, and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java and familiarity with robotics platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar tools.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to deliver technical concepts to students with varying proficiency levels.
• Experience in curriculum design, workshop planning, and training delivery in educational or professional settings.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management capabilities to oversee learning projects and address student challenges.
• Passion for education and empowering underprivileged communities through skills in STEM-related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in educational outreach, especially in rural or underrepresented areas, is a plus.
