About the Role
We are looking for a Robotics AI Engineer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on intelligent robotics, autonomous systems, machine learning, and robotics software engineering.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to robotics algorithms, computer vision, motion planning, sensor fusion, reinforcement learning, and autonomous decision-making, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world robotics and AI challenges.
You will collaborate with global AI and engineering teams to assess the technical accuracy, scalability, and operational reliability of AI-generated robotics solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance AI systems used for robotics automation, intelligent machines, and autonomous technologies.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including robotics workflows, AI-driven automation strategies, and intelligent system architectures
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to robotics AI, autonomous systems, and intelligent automation
- Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency
- Diagnose and solve real-world robotics and AI engineering challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities
- Assess AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and system reliability
- Identify bugs, incorrect assumptions, inefficient implementations, or safety concerns in AI-generated robotics solutions and provide structured feedback
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on robotics intelligence, autonomous systems, and machine learning applications
Requirements
- Background in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of robotics systems, machine learning, control systems, and autonomous technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++
- Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System), simulation environments, and robotics development workflows
- Experience with computer vision, sensor fusion, motion planning, reinforcement learning, or embedded systems is preferred
- Ability to critically evaluate robotics architectures, AI workflows, and engineering solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
