Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute end to end test strategies for RPA solutions across design build deployment and post release validation
- Create detailed test plans test cases and traceability aligned to business processes bot workflows and control requirements
- Perform functional regression integration and UAT support testing for bots built on leading RPA tools
- Validate bot stability across environments schedules queues credentials exception handling and recovery scenarios
- Automate test execution where applicable using modern automation testing approaches and frameworks
- Collaborate with RPA developers to triage defects perform root cause analysis and drive fixes to closure with clear evidence
- Ensure version control discipline and review changes using GitHub workflows to support controlled releases
- Support CI CD aligned testing practices by integrating test assets results and quality gates into delivery pipelines
- Produce clear test reports quality metrics and release readiness recommendations for stakeholders
- Mentor junior testers consultants and contribute to reusable test accelerators templates and best practices
Technical Requirements:
- Graduation in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline
- 5 years of overall experience with strong exposure to testing RPA solutions and automation driven workflows
- Hands on experience with RPA tools and testing of bot logic exception handling and process outcomes
- Strong knowledge of automation testing concepts including test design defect lifecycle and regression strategy
- Working proficiency with at least one RPA platform such as UI Path Automation Anywhere Blue Prism or Power Automate
- Experience using GitHub for version control collaboration and release traceability
