About the Role
We are looking for an RPA Engineer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on business process automation, workflow optimization, intelligent task automation, and enterprise productivity systems.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to robotic process automation, workflow orchestration, automation scripts, enterprise systems, and process optimization, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world operational and automation challenges.
Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for intelligent automation, enterprise efficiency, and scalable digital workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to RPA workflows and automation systems
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
- Assess AI outputs for workflow efficiency, automation reliability, scalability, and operational accuracy
- Identify process bottlenecks, automation failures, integration issues, or optimization gaps in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
- Support workflows involving enterprise automation, business process mapping, and intelligent task orchestration
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on automation and digital operations
Requirements
- Background in RPA, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Strong understanding of robotic process automation concepts and enterprise workflow automation
- Familiarity with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or similar platforms
- Experience with scripting, APIs, workflow integration, or process optimization is preferred
- Ability to critically evaluate automation workflows and operational logic
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
