We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions across the organization. Exposure to Automation Anywhere is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate flows (automated, instant, scheduled, desktop).
- Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Develop and support Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows for RPA scenarios.
- Work on end-to-end automation solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand automation opportunities.
- Maintain documentation for solutions, best practices, and reusable components.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Power Platform best practices.
- Occasionally work with Automation Anywhere bots for specific automation use cases.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of overall development experience, with 2+ years in Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI basics).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Power Automate Cloud Flows
- Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
- SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook integrations
- Familiarity with Automation Anywhere (basic development, bot deployment, troubleshooting).
- Knowledge of API integration, JSON, and dynamic content handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
