Teamware Solutions is looking for a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere. You'll be instrumental in identifying, designing, and implementing automated solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency across various departments. Key Responsibilities
- RPA Solution Design & Development:
- Identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation using Automation Anywhere.
- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable RPA bots using Automation Anywhere Enterprise A2019/360 or previous versions.
- Create detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Implement exception handling, error logging, and recovery mechanisms within RPA solutions.
- Bot Management & Optimization:
- Configure and manage Control Room operations, including scheduling, monitoring, and managing bots.
- Perform performance tuning of bots and optimize existing automations for efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during bot execution or development.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate automated solutions.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure and compliant RPA deployments.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots.
- Train business users on new automated processes and bot functionalities.
- Best Practices & Governance:
- Adhere to RPA development best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our RPA capabilities and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with significant hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere.
- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and process automation concepts.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing bots for various applications (web, desktop, legacy systems).
- Experience with Control Room administration and bot deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Developer (AD01) or similar certifications.
- Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) or programming languages (e.g., C#, Java) for advanced automation.
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
