Job Description

  • Design & Development: Develop and optimize robotic systems for package handling and logistics automation.
  • Autonomous Navigation: Implement navigation systems for autonomous vehicles in structured and unstructured environments.
  • Pick-and-Place Automation : Work on robotic arms for automated picking, sorting, and placement of packages.
  • Computer Vision & AI Integration: Implement AI-driven object recognition and package tracking.
  • System Integration: Ensure smooth communication between hardware, software, and logistics control systems.
  • Testing & Optimization : Build and refine prototypes to improve performance and reliability.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations for autonomous robotic systems.

Requirements

Desired Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing autonomous robotic systems for logistics or industrial automation.
  • Proficiency in robotic frameworks such as ROS (Robot Operating System).
  • Experience with motion planning, SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), and real-time navigation.
  • Hands-on experience in designing robotic arms with precision pick-and-place capabilities.
  • Knowledge of LiDAR, depth cameras, and sensor fusion** for navigation and object detection.
  • Programming proficiency in Python, C++, and embedded systems programming.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, OpenCV, PyTorch) for robotic vision applications.
  • Experience with edge computing and IoT-enabled robotics
  • Worked on AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) or AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots).
  • Experience in warehouse automation, sorting systems, or industrial robotics.
  • Familiarity with mechanical design for robotics and real-world deployment challenges.
  • Understanding of robotic kinematics, control algorithms, and automation protocols
