Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a ROBO-G Coordinator & Experiential Learning Mentor based in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role combining teaching and center coordination. You will conduct engaging, hands-on robotics, coding, and STEM sessions for students (ages 5–15), mentor them in projects and competitions, and ensure a fun, experiential learning environment. In addition, you will manage day-to-day center operations including scheduling, parent communication, student coordination, and supporting enrollments, workshops, and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Practical knowledge in Education and the use of Learning Management Systems
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students and parents
• Ability to work collaboratively, mentor learners, and manage educational projects
• Passion for STEM education and robotics is a significant advantage
• Prior experience in educational mentorship or experiential learning programs is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
