Road Logistics Distribution Supervisor (Hyperscalers)

We are hiring a senior professional to set up and scale our White Glove Data Center Services vertical while also managing domestic distribution operations. This role will drive end-to-end service delivery, ensuring high-security handling of sensitive IT equipment alongside efficient fleet and transport management. The position requires a balance of operational leadership and business development to build and grow this capability.

How you create impact

• Establish and scale White Glove Data Center Services, including client onboarding and operational setup
  
• Manage end-to-end service delivery: pickup, transport, on-site delivery, rack & stack, and deployment of IT equipment
  
• Ensure zero-downtime, high-security handling of sensitive infrastructure
  
• Oversee domestic distribution network performance, ensuring service levels are met within cost targets
  
• Manage fleet operations (owned and subcontracted), ensuring optimal utilization and regulatory compliance
  
• Drive timely delivery of customer orders across all transport activities
  
• Collaborate with procurement and centralized operations teams for effective planning and allocation
  
• Lead onboarding and training of drivers and operational staff
  
• Support new project implementations, including transport setup, safety compliance, and quality standards
  
• Participate in business reviews with subcontractors and support vendor performance management
  
• Contribute to business development and client acquisition within the white glove/data center space.

What we would like you to bring

• 12-15 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
  
• Strong expertise in White Glove/Data Center services and/or high-value, sensitive cargo handling
  
• Proven experience managing domestic transport operations, fleet, and subcontractors
  
• Exposure to hyperscaler/data center environments or similar industries preferred
  
• Background from leading logistics players (e.g., Expeditors, DSV, DB Schenker) is an advantage
  
• Strong operational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to build processes, scale new verticals, and drive performance outcomes
  
• Good understanding of transport regulations, safety, and compliance.
