Job Role: RO Technician

Job Description

  • Install, service, and maintain RO water purification systems at customer locations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot RO system-related technical issues.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance of RO systems.
  • Replace filters, membranes, pumps, pipes, and other required components.
  • Check water purifier performance and ensure proper functioning.
  • Identify faults and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Provide technical support and basic guidance to customers regarding RO system usage and maintenance.
  • Maintain service records and report completed service activities.
  • Follow proper safety procedures while carrying out installation and repair work.
  • Travel to customer locations as required for service assignments.
