Retail Banking Operations (RBO) is one of the critical unit within the bank with 6000+ employees. This role is for PMO team members within the RBO program management unit. The role entails working closely with RBO teams in driving the strategy for the operations unit and help in execution of the transformative and regulatory initiatives which are critical for the department.

Primary Responsibilities -
.Understand RBO department's internal functions
.Execute projects as a team member (Focus on AI, Digital and Process Improvements)
.Create and maintain clearly defined project plans and circulate the progress regularly
.Resolve any bottlenecks in ongoing projects between business , IT or with other stakeholders
.Assign clear ownership and actionable where required to execute the project
.Highlight any red flags on a timely manner to PMO leads and escalate as required
.Work with operations teams to understand pain point, operationalize new process and implement transformation
.Document all meeting minutes / discussions clearly and communicate next steps, timelines etc. so that each owner is aware of what is expected from them
.Perform Root Cause Analysis to identify problem areas and find resolution and implement the same
.Prepare presentation and MIS/reports for senior managements
Skillset -
.Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset Ability to articulate clearly and good communication skills
.Understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies - waterfall/agile, six sigma concepts
.Understanding of latest digital technologies and their usages
.Interest in Banking and Financial services industry
Eligibility Criteria -
.MBA from Tier 1 college preferred
