About the Role


The role holder will undertake projects across a wide variety of high-profile digital / strategic intiatives for the Digital Servicing team - Bots / STPs / Process improvement / Apps

Key Responsibilities

Manage Digital Servicing projects including:

Liaison with Business Leads / IT colleagues to manage all activities related to the project

Capture key information including objectives, benefits, risks, dependencies, scope, resources and costs

Undertake detailed project planning & documentation (defining project deliverables, success criteria, benefits management, dependencies, change control, risk management) including escalating risks & issues as required.

Identify, document, analyse and ensuring the project meets business needs / strategic aims

Testing and develop controls around digital initiatives / Process

Maintaining post production effectiveness of deployments and change management

Manage project progress as per committed timelines, performance and quality, including evaluation and benefits realisation

Manage project meeting requirements, producing & presenting written and oral reports/management information

Identify user /customer training needs and ensure appropriate training is provided

Qualifications

Graduation/Post graduation- Well versed with branch banking and regulatory guidelines. Should have banking experience.

Role Proficiencies:

Experience of successfully managing projects through all stages of project life-cycle

Experience of managing Customer experience / Improvement projects

Extensive knowledge & experience of a range of project management techniques and tools, including relevant software (e.g. MS Project.)
