Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) in Sujay Hospital ,Vile Parle west,Juhu Mumbai. The RMO will be responsible for providing medical care to patients, monitoring patient conditions, diagnosing illnesses, and coordinating with consultants for treatment plans. Responsibilities also include maintaining medical records, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate patient care, and supporting emergency medical situations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical knowledge, diagnostic skills, and ability to evaluate patient conditions effectively
- Experience in providing medical care, formulating treatment plans, and understanding medical procedures
- Knowledge of and adherence to medical ethics, hospital policies, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency medical cases efficiently
- BAMS/BHMS/MBBS degree from a recognized institution with valid medical registration
- Advanced certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or BLS (Basic Life Support) are advantageous
