- Act as a liaison between senior management and medical staff.
Administrative & Compliance Duties:
- Perform administrative tasks, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Manage budgets and identify areas for improving inpatient care.
- Ensure accurate and consistent medical record keeping.
- Comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies.
