Key Responsibilities:
Clinical & Patient Care:
- Provide clinical expertise in patient care and guide junior doctors.
- Verify complex diagnoses and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Ensure the highest standards of inpatient and outpatient care.
- Handle emergency and casualty cases effectively.
- Maintain accurate and consistent medical record-keeping practices.
Administrative & Compliance:
- Perform administrative duties including risk management and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical medical practices.
- Manage allocated budgets and identify improvement areas in patient care delivery.
- Liaise between medical and administrative staff for smooth operations.
Research & Development:
- Stay updated with advancements in medical science and clinical practices.
- Contribute to clinical trials and medical research programs where applicable.
