Role Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to oversee vendor management, cost optimization, and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG), negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth supply chain. They will also be the single point of contact for manufacturers and work closely with internal teams to manage inventory and demand forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost effective sourcing without

compromising quality.

• Identify and onboard new vendors to expand the supplier base.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and evaluate their performance.
• Act as the single point of contact for all manufacturer-related escalations.
• Work with the RND to manage RM inventory for the new product and share demand forecasts.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly demand planning to ensure timely procurement.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and take preventive action.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure procurement compliance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (master's preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in procurement (preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or personal care).
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
