KRA1Handling Key Accounts identified & agreed in his concerned State/ Region - To sell more volume of BW Cement & other Birla White Products.. Identifying Key Accounts parties .
. Develop rapport with Agreed & identified key parties.
. Regular Interaction with Key Accounts.
. Preparation of details of Up Coming Projects of Key Accounts.
KRA2Ensure progressive Growth in sales in Non- Trade and in Project Segment over year - on - year - to ensure achievements of set targets in volume. Prospecting of projects.
. Persuade on usage of our products.
. working for Finalize annual rate contracts with identified key account customers, individually for each project.
. Prospecting for conversion of customers by convincing decision making authorities and ensure growth in sales over year on- year.
. Arranging Tech Presentation and sampling with CASC Personnel.
. Constant follow up on various projects.
. To make BW as preferred brand.
. Delivering customers the value for money.
KRA3Focus for growth in sales in new segments in his region.

Replacement of conventional uses of surface preparing materials by BirlaWhite products and its use in repairs and rehabilitation.

. To create demand of BW products in various Industries.
. To create demand of BW products in Green Building segment.
. To focus on Educational , health, hotels Institutions and other Professional Institutes.
Replacement of conventional uses of surface preparing materials by BirlaWhite products and its use in repairs and rehabilitation.
. Replacement of Neeru / Lime ./Roga applications
. Replacement of Acrylic Putty.
. Replacement of other Conventional base preparation materials by Birla White products.
KRA4Gathering Market Intelligence - To ensure continuous growth of BW & New Products amongst Key Account parties

Arranging for Approvals of Birla White and all other products from various groups / govt & other institutions.
Gathering Market Intelligence - To ensure continuous growth of BW & New Products amongst Key Account parties.

. Collection of technical information about competitors products/substitute available in the market.
. Collection of New trend of Construction/Finishes adopted by the construction fraternity.
. Understanding the wants and needs of customers to separate BW from others.

.Approvals of Birla White and all other products from various groups / govt & other institutions.
. Get the materials tested as & when required.
. Presentation to concerned authorities.
KRA5Resolution of Key customer complaints at project sites to the best of customers satisfaction in order to develop long term relationship with them.Resolution of Key customer complaints at project sites to the best of customers satisfaction in order to develop long term relationship with them.
. Visit to site and physically examine the application site.
. To organize testing of product through R&D.
. Get the product tested in some independent laboratory, if required.
. Visit the Customer after outcome at the earliest to resolve the complaint matter.
