Job Overview: As an RM Associate at Tredence, you will play a vital role in supporting relationship management initiatives that strengthen client engagement and drive business growth. Success in this role means effectively collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. You will contribute to building long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and assisting in tailored solution delivery. This position is an entry point to fostering impactful client relationships within a dynamic analytics environment. What will your role look like - Support relationship management activities to maintain and enhance client partnerships. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with client requirements. - Assist in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and facilitating timely communication with stakeholders. - Monitor client feedback and contribute to strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention. - Prepare reports and presentations that summarize client interactions and project outcomes. - Participate in meetings and discussions to gain insights into client business challenges and opportunities. You will need: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or equivalent qualification. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. - Exhibit attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple client requests and deliverables. - Apply basic relationship management (RM) concepts and show eagerness to learn advanced RM strategies. - Work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, adapting to in-person and remote interactions. Good to Have Skills: - Gain familiarity with analytics and data science concepts to better understand client project contexts. - Develop proficiency in using CRM tools and project management software. - Cultivate problem-solving skills to contribute proactively to client challenges. - Experience or internships in client-facing roles or corporate environments are advantageous.
