RLP Executive (AUB)

Responsible for maximizing capability utilizations on all Blue Dart Aviation flights through effective load planning and daily quota utilization

.Ensure timely booking of loads by regional teams on the SMART system and ensure daily monitoring of the system

.Analyze and prioritize daily loads to ensure optimum utilization of the allocatedquotas (as provided by the Central Load Planner) on various Blue Dart Aviation flights

.Finalize the space available for booking of ATA loads on BDA flights Coordinate with cargo agents, inter liners, co-loaders etc. to book the available space to ensure capacity optimization on BDA flights

.Handle cases of excess loads, breakdowns, late connections etc. and dynamically plan to adjust these loads on BDA / Commercial Flights as per business requirements

.Ensure adherence to guidelines for booking of loads on commercial flights in cases of exigencies, misconnections, missed connections, etc.

.Ensure connection of loads on commercial flights in case of excess loads, missed connections, grounded flights etc.

.Coordinate with BDA for the offloaded and backlogged shipments and accordingly plan for the quota allocation for the next day

• Provide air network management MIS on load factors, product wise capacity utilizations, commercial uplift data etc. to the Central Load Planner and senior management as and when required
• Analyze trends, past volumes and loads and provide support in conduct of feasibility studies for analyzing changes in routes, load allocations, etc. Provide inputs to the senior management team regarding the same
• Support Central Load Planner in scheduling and cost evaluation / optimization of loads on various air routes
