| The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank | |||||

The ZSM sets the vision for the business portfolio of SCF and WCF business PAN India level and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision. The NSM is responsible for maintaining the profit and loss of the product portfolio, ensure business expansion and growth of the lending book to achieve the topline and profitability goals. The ZSM supervises company's large-scale sales operations and teams- managing multiple sales managers or teams and set targets to measure Banks performance in the portfolio. | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Manage the Zonal Sales Managers/ Regional Sales Managers/ Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers to achieve the sales targets across SCF and WCF product across the various assigned channels Review the business productivity, drive the product P&L (in terms of volume, revenue, and margins) Responsible for maintaining the product mix, quality of the business portfolio sourced in the business Responsible for Collections of delinquent accounts and manage quality portfolio Conduct regular visits to the locations to develop new relationships in the business Plan/design sales programs, contests, and presentations Manage relations with various distribution channels and network Collaborate with appropriate business alliance partners and other distributors to expand the reach of the banks products and services. Actively pursue and close new business opportunities, working closely with Sales Management and Inside Sales Representative to ensure geography-based objectives are being met Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Effectively engage with Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations and ensure 100%adherance. Maintain good working environment and high motivation level across location | |||||
