| Retail Assets Wheels- Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital Finance team offer comprehensive financial package including core channel funding facility and other WC facilities like cash credit, overdraft and term loan for fixed asset acquisition and NFB facilities for the borrowers/ dealers under the Automotive Segment. | |||||

To deliver sales pitches and presentations to the corporates highlighting the benefits of a product to increase sales. To develop and Implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance. Achievement of the Sales targets. Conduct research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities. | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Sourcing new schemes for dealer finance in automobile segment. Enhancing and deepening the relationships with existing SCF Anchor/ Corporates. Build and maintain relationships with anchors at HO as well as zonal levels Work closely with retail lending team to ensure maximum SCF Penetration in their client base Support zonal teams with dealer on boarding, as well as collections in case of defaults. Proactively identify risks and work closely with anchor, zones and Credit teams to mitigate the same in a timely fashion. Driving customer service for all anchors Ensure all schemes are benchmarked to competition banks in terms of pricing as well as parameters Ensure timely renewals of all schemes. | |||||

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: Knowledge o SME lending or Supply chain finance would be preferred o Knowledge of pricing/market trends of the products. Skills o Communication Skills as they should be well versed in communicating with the corporates to offer them product/services. Abilities o Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others o Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment o Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals o Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously o Ability to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts) |
