Job Description

About the Role

. National Sales Manager are a part of the Bank's sales force, responsible for driving continuous improvement in all

aspects of Sales, Specifications and Field marketing in the assigned zone with the help of Zonal Sales Manager,

Regional Sales managers, Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers. This team is primarily responsible to manage

the customers, service and retain them for the bank and explore new business opportunities. They monitor their

team performance and motivate them to achieve the targets on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities

. To achieve the volume targets resulting in book growth and market share

. To meet targets of key financial ratios including NIM and cost of acquisition ensuring profitability. Drive business

mix to get required NIM, yield, fee by mitigating risk

. Regularly review portfolio health with Risk Team and strategize on filters for weeding out non-performing segments

to minimize losses and NCL, within defined triggers and budget

. Engagement with senior management of OEMs to build up Bank's brand and visibility of products offered. To run

joint promotional schemes, campaigns activities at branches for improving market share and OEM penetration

. To build a culture in the Sales Team for asset-led liability relationship by ensuring liability PPC (Product per

customer)

. Drive dealer ecosystem by leveraging Supply Chain Finance relationships to get first right of rejection and

dominance in the retail business besides the full Customer-360

. Responsible for resolving transactional issues at the ground level and involvement of key stakeholders for seamless

processing and delivering best in class TAT

. Higher penetration of digital channels to provide best customer services and improving turnaround time

. Adoption of Siddhi Application to enhance efficiency in Sales Team as well as bringing discipline at last leg

. Ensure compliance with conscience on all regulatory guidelines issued from time-to-time and build a culture of

compliance adherence down the line

. Responsible to increase customer retention and engagement to improve Net Promoter Score and customer

satisfaction

. Translate and support culture and L&D initiatives to strengthen the talent bench of the organization . Attrition to be addressed through counselling, elevation and career progression with HR

Desired Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

. Graduation / Post graduation with commercial vehicle loans work experience

. 15+ years if sales experience in a retail bank, financial services industry in India, along with strong

Commercial Vehicles/ Construction Equipment finance industry

. Sound knowledge of local market and customer base

. Possessing strong customer relationship management skills , with a customer centric approach

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate must possess the following:

. Knowledge

o Experience of handling Sales Function in Retail Lending vertical would be preferred

. Abilities

o Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends

o Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

o Ability to conduct research and data driven insights

o Ability to manage complex client situations

o Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

o Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

o Ability to coach and mentor others

o Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large sales

group in a unified direction and vision
