About the Business Group:
The Mortgages department is a part of the Retail Lending business of the bankand offers Home Loans and Loan against Property to all categories of customers Pan India.
About the Role:
This is a leadership role responsible for achieving business goals, optimizing profitability, overseeing compliance, and driving transformation within HL and LAP business. It involves strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue, enhance portfolio growth, and ensure risk compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Goals and Profitability

  • Identify and tap into open market opportunities to drive direct sourcing of mortgage business.
  • Track and review individual performance metrics, pipeline health, and business conversion.

Sales and Channel Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on open market acquisition.
  • Develop and implement local market strategies and outreach programs to generate leads.
  • Engage with influencers like real estate agents and builders to enhance sourcing.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with documentation, verification, and risk guidelines in open market sourcing.

Customer Experience

  • Drive superior customer service and post-sales support for directly sourced customers.

Digital Adoption and Innovation

  • Promote usage of digital lead generation and fulfillment tools among the team.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute
  • 10+ sales experience (secured products preferred) with at least 3-4 years in HL and LAP
Role Proficiencies:
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Proficiency in managing complex client relationships, diverse stakeholders
  • Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skill in managing large, geographically spread team coaching and mentoring team members
  • Competence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environment

  • Adept at communication and interpersonal skills
