About the Role

We are hiring a Notion Annotator to help construct RL environments inside Notion. You will set up databases, pages, relations, workflows, and task structures then observe the AI agent's actions and correct its steps with precise tool instructions and arguments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic Notion workspace tasks, databases, relations, views, and workflows.
• Observe AI agent behavior and provide corrections for incorrect actions.
• Ensure proper handling of properties, relations, database operations, and permissions.
• Document and annotate tool interactions for RL datasets.

Required Experience

• Experience as Notion Admin / Workspace Manager.
• Strong understanding of database properties, relations, views, access levels, and workspace structure.
• IT admin or productivity tooling background preferred.
• Ability to evaluate workflow logic and improve environment design.
