About the Role:
We are hiring an RL Environment Annotator (Salesforce) to help construct and evaluate reinforcement learning (RL) environments inside Salesforce. You will create realistic CRM workflows, configure objects and automations, simulate business operations, and observe AI agent behavior while correcting actions using precise tool instructions and arguments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create realistic Salesforce environments including objects, records, workflows, dashboards, reports, automations, and permission structures.
- Configure and manage Salesforce entities such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and custom objects.
- Observe AI agent behavior while interacting with Salesforce workflows and provide detailed corrections for inaccurate or incomplete actions.
- Validate proper handling of field updates, record relationships, automation logic, permissions, approvals, and reporting workflows.
- Document and annotate tool interactions, execution steps, and environment states for RL training datasets.
- Design business scenarios that test CRM operations, sales processes, customer support flows, and data management tasks.
Required Experience:
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, CRM Operations Specialist, or Salesforce Workspace Manager.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, permissions, profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, or Apex-based workflows is preferred.
- IT administration, RevOps, SalesOps, or productivity tooling background preferred.
- Ability to evaluate workflow logic, identify execution errors, and improve environment design for AI training systems.
