Product Manager â€ CONSUMER LOANS, RETAIL LENDING

About the Business Group:
The Consumer Loan department is a part of Retail Lending business of the bank andoffers Personal loans and Education Loans to all categories of customers Pan India.
About the Role:
The Product manager will be responsible for development of product strategy, design, and implementation of initiatives to help deliver on business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Design go-to market strategy for new product. Develop Strategic roadmap and drive delivery on all P&L metrics Design new product variants include business case preparation and roll-out to field Drive and manage all product performance metrics. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the business profitably. Manage and Ensure complaint process and handle audit. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on continuously improving Product policy, processes, technology.
Role Requirements:
Qualification: Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute 8+ experiencefrom BFSI
Role Proficiencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill Proficiency in managing complex client relationships, diverse stakeholders Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Competence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environment Strong risk and compliance mindset Adept at communication and interpersonal skills
