The Personal Loan product manager will be responsible for development of product strategy, design, and implementation of initiatives to help deliver on business objectives.

The Personal Loan product manager will be responsible for development of product strategy, design, and implementation of initiatives to help deliver on business objectives. Proven work experience in designing, promotion of products Design go to market strategy for new product and ensure system readiness Strong analytical and problem-solving skill Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Product and Portfolio management: o Develop Strategic roadmap for Personal Loans and drive delivery on all P&L metrics o Design new product variants include business case preparation and roll-out to field o Drive and manage all product performance metrics for Personal Loans o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the business profitably o Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on continuously improving Product and processes o Conducting market research and identify potential products and best practices
