Location: Pan India

Experience: 5–15 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically strong Risk Product Specialist – Fenergo with hands-on experience in Fenergo implementation, configuration, integrations, and solution development. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, AML, and Banking domain processes while delivering enterprise onboarding and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Fenergo solutions.
• Participate in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and onboarding transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement Fenergo workflows and business process configurations.
• Build and support integrations between Fenergo and enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain reusable services, APIs, and integration components.
• Work closely with Business, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application and performance issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Contribute to Agile delivery, code reviews, CI/CD activities, and release management.
