Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Risk Onboarding Analyst/Senior Risk Analyst based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting risk assessments for new customers, implementing risk management strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include performing detailed risk analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations. The Senior Analyst will also assist in optimizing risk-related processes to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Risk Analysis
• Knowledge and experience in Finance and Statistics
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional team environments
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and risk management processes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in payments or fintech industries is advantageous
