As a Risk Management Professional within our Global Liquidity Asset Management team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm.


Job Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Own and prepare materials for monthly Investment Policy Review (IPR) meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly risk monitors and generate risk reports analyze risk metrics, communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of risk management frameworks, including the creation of analytical tools and dashboards for risk monitoring.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Risk function, including data aggregation, analytics, and preparation of ad-hoc reports.
  • Drive automation and workflow efficiencies within existing risk products and processes, collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare and submit risk reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and support the implementation of new compliance initiatives.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and requests from the risk and portfolio management teams.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

You have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in the investment management industry.
  • Strong programming experience in Python and data visualization solutions such as Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of fixed income products and markets.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a focus on statistical analysis, mathematical solvers/optimizers, or other investment-related analysis (including data analysis and ability to understand data flows).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) VBA coding.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities and time effectively.
  • You are a self-starter and able to work both independently and as a team player.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience developing analytical dashboards or tools.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is a plus.

Shift Timing: EMEA (1.30pm to 10.30pm)
