Job Description

Business Management optimizes business performances by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Enablement

  • Collaborate with the AI Enablement team to design and deliver workshops, training, and resources that drive AI adoption and innovation.
  • Co-create high-quality presentations and reports with the AI Enablement team to communicate AI strategy to executive stakeholders for both routine and ad hoc needs.
  • Partner with data science, technology, and business teams to identify, scope, and advance AI initiatives.
  • Support governance and oversight of the RM&C AI portfolio through benefit tracking, reporting progress and aligning initiatives with business goals.

Business Management

  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Business Management , Program Management or a COO role
  • Proven ability to deliver timely, high-quality presentations and reports for various projects and stakeholders strong attention to detail with a continuous focus on design excellence
  • Demonstrated success in engaging diverse stakeholder groups and driving key agendas
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale behind design decisions
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • prior experience in AI/ML technology delivery is a plus.
