About Risk
The Risk department ensures that the Banks risk is managed through a risk management architecture as well as through policies and processes approved by the Board of Directors encompassing independent identification, measurement and management of risks across the various businesses of the Bank. The Risk department of the Bank strives to proactively anticipate vulnerabilities at the transaction as well as at the portfolio level, through quantitative or qualitative examination of the embedded risks
AbouttheRole
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is responsible for providing support to the ERM function for Reputation risk management, Model governance and Risk governance and policies
Key Responsibilities
Collate, compile, analyse and prepare reports that come under the responsibility of the Enterprise Risk management function Prepare presentations on topics of reputation risk, model governance and risk governance Provide support on implementation and documentation of key initiatives such as stress testing, risk appetite cascading etc
Qualifications
Graduate/ Post-Graduate from a recognized university. MBA/CFA/FRM or equivalent qualifications in Finance would be preferred 2 years of experience in a relevant role
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Basic understanding of finance, banking and economics Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
