Role Purpose:
The Risk Assessor analyzes and assesses risks related to insurance policies, clients, and claims, providing risk insights and recommendations to support underwriting decisions and the development of suitable policy terms and conditions.
Key Expectations of the Role
1.Risk Assessment and Analysis:
• Conduct detailed risk assessments for insurance policies and prospective clients to evaluate potential risks accurately.
• Analyze various factors affecting risk levels, including industry trends, client history, and policy specifics.
2.Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Gather and analyze data related to insurance policies, claims, and clients to make data-driven risk assessments.

Personal Qualifications

•Certifications: Relevant certifications in risk assessment, underwriting, or insurance risk management are beneficial.
•Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with risk assessment software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
