Job Title: Risk & Compliance Analyst (6–8 Years Experience)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage client communication, drive compliance excellence, and lead risk mitigation initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to leverage automation and AI tools for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and lead client communication, ensuring alignment on deliverables, expectations, and issue resolution
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and define Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for client-reported issues and escalations
- Design and implement risk controls, monitoring frameworks, and escalation protocols to proactively mitigate risks
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, and create impactful presentations using PowerPoint for stakeholders
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for senior management, risk committees, and leadership forums
- Apply Six Sigma Green Belt (DMAIC methodology) to improve compliance processes, reduce cycle time, and minimize errors
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power Automate, Excel macros, or RPA tools to improve efficiency
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, other GenAI platforms) to enhance reporting, dashboarding, and data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence, compliance, and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Operations, or Process Excellence roles
- Strong experience in stakeholder/client management and handling escalations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (dashboards, formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience in RCA, CAPA, and risk management frameworks
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma / Lean)
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, VBA, RPA)
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools for reporting and analytics
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience working with global clients / cross-functional teams
- Exposure to compliance reporting, governance frameworks, or audit processes
