Risk & Audit Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Build a Risk and Analytics Unit

Create a Risk and audit data analytics capability, buy understanding, developing and running data analytics to assist continuous monitoring of risk and audit exceptions, embed risk alerts to signal risks in transactions, develop risk dashboards, work with the operational risk management process to identify improvements to process and controls through automation, develop operational risk measurement and risk alerts, key risk reports. Will actively work with Risk and audit heads on identifying and managing both operational and Enterprise Risk management. Shall also be involved in analytics for fraud and related investigations. Understand key analytics from auditors and develop necessary in house analytics. Shall maintain and update the analytics library continuously to keep it relevant. Meet the business to explain the exception the reports, fine tune the approach based on experience to make the information more relevant.

• Review and monitor ITGC and Cyber security

Should monitory key ITGC risks and controls in addition to Cyber Security related risks and Data privacy risks. Review and Monitor the GRC tool for appropriate actions.

• Compliance management and reporting

Engage with regulatory compliance team to understand key risks that may be tracked monitored and automated to secure compliance.

• Presentation and reporting

Support in making key risks registers, internal financial control matrix, risk dashboards and presentations.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of SAP - S4 Hana
• Strong Excel Word and power point skills
• Strong Data analytics skills ability to use data pools to extract relevant information, perform analytics and present key exceptions, trends gaps
• Understanding of controls, risks and exceptions with prior experience in risk and audit roles
• Good verbal and written communication skill in English
