Job Summary
We are seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst with experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Reporting & Analytics, and Dashboard Development. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience handling large datasets, and expertise in developing reports and dashboards to support risk management and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities including vendor risk reporting, risk assessments, and compliance tracking.
- Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Create periodic and ad-hoc reports related to third-party risk, compliance, procurement, and vendor management.
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs), metrics, trends, and reporting accuracy.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver business insights.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.
- Prepare management presentations and executive-level reporting.
- Assist with audit, regulatory, and compliance reporting activities.
Required Skills
- 37 years of experience in TPRM, Vendor Risk Management, Risk Reporting, Analytics, Compliance, or related domains.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Experience handling large datasets and performing complex data analysis.
- Understanding of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Risk & Compliance, or Procurement Risk.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Shared Services environments.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Automation Tools, Power Automate, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or VBA.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field.
