About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Risk Associate Analyst to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance team. This role is ideal for candidates with professional training in information security, risk management, compliance or governance frameworks.

The candidate will support risk assessments, compliance activities, policy management, audit preparation, fraud risk and vendor risk assessment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·      Assist in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) activities across the organization.

·      Support fraud risk, risk assessment and risk register management processes.

·      Participate in third party/vendor risk assessments and due diligence reviews.

·      Review security questionnaires, policies, and compliance documents.

·      Assist in maintaining compliance with security frameworks and standards.

·      Support internal and external audit activities by collecting and organizing evidence.

·      Monitor remediation activities and track risk mitigation efforts.

·      Maintain documentation, policies, procedures and reports.

·      Work with cross functional teams including Security, IT and Legal.

·      Stay updated on cybersecurity, risk management and compliance trends.

Required Skills

Core Skills

• Knowledge of GRC concepts and risk management
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 / SOC 2 controls
• Basic understanding of IAM and cloud security
• Experience with Excel and documentation
• Understanding of audit and compliance processes

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or Information Technology.

• At least one security certification such as:

·      ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (LI) / Lead Auditor (LA)

·      ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)

·      CompTIA Security+

·      Other relevant security certifications
