About the Role

1. Perform investigations and make recommendations to relevant stakeholders using guidelines
2. Complete data and Root cause Analysis, and provide corrective and preventive action items
3. May present findings to stakeholders
4. Identify and share trends, insights, defects & areas of improvement to share with stakeholders
5. Participate in discussions to share best practices with partners, agents, and stakeholders
6. Provide subject matter knowledge to teammates
7. Follow procedures and process paths to complete key tasks

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

1. Investigate Merchant Accounts for an account takeover. Core actions would include communicating with merchants via Email/Phone.
2. Complete data and Root cause Analysis, and provide corrective and preventive action items
3. May present findings to stakeholders
4. Identify and share trends, insights, defects & areas of improvement to share with stakeholders
5. Participate in discussions to share best practices with partners, agents, and stakeholders
6. Provide subject matter knowledge to teammates
7. Follow procedures and process paths to complete key tasks

---- Basic Qualifications ----

1. Experience in one of the following: service quality assurance, compliance, banking, insurance, fraud, consulting, or a regulated area
2. Experience with Google Suite
3. Excellence in both written and spoken English
4. Exceptional comprehension and writing skills
5. High proficiency in using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools) and software
6. Willingness to work on rotating shifts - 24/7 support (totaling 40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and weekly evening shifts)
