About the role:

Join our Seller Risk Services team to protect millions of e-commerce transactions daily. You will analyze data, detect fraud/credit risk, and make real-time decisions that impact global merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate transaction & account-level data for fraud, credit, or business model risk
• Investigate cases, negotiate, and manage seller relationships end-to-end
• Spot emerging risk trends and share feedback to improve policies
• Meet monthly productivity & quality targets while maintaining compliance
• Complete client trainings & adapt to new risk tools quickly

Requirement:

• 1+ year in fraud, credit risk, transaction processing, or chargeback ops (mandatory)
• Strong verbal/written communication + MS Office skills
• Pattern recognition, critical thinking, and sense of urgency
• Background in banking/financial institution preferred
