Role: Product Specialist (Legal & Compliance Systems)

Overall Purpose

This role is for an experienced professional who manages and supports corporate legal and compliance systems, especially OneTrust. The person will work on operations, product activities, vendor coordination, and system improvements related to compliance and risk management

.

Key Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in legal and compliance products/tools
• Strong hands-on experience with OneTrust
• Experience working with corporate systems and compliance platforms
• Prior exposure to vendor management and operational support

Technical & Functional Skills

• Knowledge of Corporate Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk Management
• Strong understanding of legal and compliance process flows
• Ability to handle queries, scripting, and system configurations
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (S3, EC2); Azure or Google Cloud is a plus
• Documentation skills: creating SOPs, system designs, and configuration changes
• Familiarity with legal tools and corporate legal operations
