Job Description

Operating Model & Process Design

  1. Support design and implementation of the T&O TPRM utility model
  2. Define and document e2e TPRM lifecycle workflows (onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, approval, monitoring, renewal, exit)
  3. Embed a risk-based approach aligned to regulatory expectations (eg : FRA, SMR, Outsourcing guidelines)

Workflow and Journey Documentation

  1. Document domain-specific processes across risk areas (Information Security, Data/Privacy, ICS, Business Resilience, Cloud Governance etc.)
  2. Develop L4/L5 Process maps, control points and decision gates
  3. Drive standardization and simplification, removing duplication across domains.

OneTPRM / ProcessUnity Enablement

  1. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and workflows
  2. Define:
  3. Workflow states and approval paths
  4. Data models (risk tiering, vendor attributes)
  5. Control assessment structures.
  6. Support configuration, UAT and implementation in the platform.

Stakeholder and Dependency Management

  1. Engage across T&O, Risk, Procurement, Legal, Business and Contract management stakeholders.
  2. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align on target state.
  3. Analyze cross-functional dependencies and process conflicts.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  1. Support definition of SLAs, KPIs and KRIs for T&O TPRM Utility
  2. Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  3. Contribute to ongoing optimization of TPRM processes and tooling.

Key Skills & Experience

  1. Min 10 years of experience as a BA / Process Analyst
  2. Required experience in TPRM; Or secondarily in Vendor Risk / GRC frameworks / Governance
  3. Experience in banking / financial services preferred.
  4. Proven experience in process design, workflow documentation and transformation initiatives
  5. Familiarity with FRA, SMR MAS TRM /outsourcing guidelines is an advantage.
  6. Experience (good to have) with GRC Tools (ServiceNow, ProcessUnity, Archer etc.)
