Hiring for CLO Risk & Compliance
Shift - US Shift
Location: Bangalore
Key Skills -Investment compliance, Portfolio Monitoring, indenture , CLO, Trustee, indirect review, Securitization, CLO life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
o Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring of CLO investment guidelines,
o Review post-trade compliance checks
o Review CLO warehouse facilities for compliance with investment restrictions
o Participate in the compliance review of the new issue CLO documentation and contribute to
internal deal write-ups.
o Review and test CLO waterfall calculations to ensure distributions align with
indenture and regulatory requirements.
o Oversee trustee and investor reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely
delivery of reports.
o Assist with design and enhancement of compliance controls specific to CLO lifecycle
o Support compliance training initiatives for CLO professionals.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: MBA, or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
o 4+ years of compliance, legal, or structured credit experience at an asset manager,
investment bank or trustee.
o Strong hands-on experience in CLO compliance workflows
o understanding of CLO structures, waterfalls, and investor reporting.
o Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals/projects
simultaneously.
o Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
